Tiffany Caronia, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Tiffany Caronia is a licensed physical therapist and longtime movement educator. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University, where she also cultivated a strong interest in pelvic health, neuromuscular re-education, and integrative approaches to chronic pain.
Practicing yoga profoundly shifted her relationship with movement, resilience, and healing and inspired her to complete several yoga trainings, including certifications in SmartFLOW, Yoga Tune Up®, and Yoga Therapy Rx. Tiffany taught yoga full-time for several years and worked with diverse populations including those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS, lupus, fibromyalgia, and trauma-related pain—experiences that inspired her to pursue physical therapy to further support complex cases with evidence-informed care.
Tiffany’s clinical approach is rooted in education, empowerment, and integration. She incorporates yoga principles, breathwork, kinesthetic awareness, and therapeutic movement into her sessions, emphasizing each person’s capacity to participate in their own healing process. Her work is especially informed by her training in Redcord Neurac, Neubie, Pilates, and pelvic health rehabilitation.
Tiffany is proud to be part of the POSTUREWORKS team and looks forward to continuing to blend functional movement, clinical precision, and whole-person care in support of her patients’ goals.
