I have had the privilege of working with the most challenging diagnoses in my career, with the opportunity early on to see the magic of neuroplasticity. Working with stroke patients and spinal cord injuries at Cedars -Sinai and UCLA, as well professional athletes at Kerlan-Jobe, I witnessed the power of harnessing the nervous system for sustainable results.

After years of training in various modalities including Integrative Body Psychotherapy, I learned the value of treating the whole person, not just the injury. With trauma, the body develops protective holding patterns and often becomes even more vulnerable to further injuries.

In 2002, I was inspired to create a healing and educational center in Santa Monica called POSTUREWORKS integrating both mind and body therapy. Having grown up with a father who was a pediatric oncologist, I have always been inspired and committed to finding solutions. POSTUREWORKS is a clinic and educational center with the latest emerging technologies and therapies to address healing on a deeper level.

After experiencing a life-changing injury following the birth of my son, I had the benefit of working with Neurac Suspension Therapy, which helped me avoid surgery. Consequently, I brought this into my practice and continue to gather inspiration from training in the Neufit method, Pilates, Myofunctional therapy, Integrative Body Psychotherapy, the Mezieres Method, Iyengar Yoga, Gyrotonic and the latest techniques from Norway, Sweden, France, Italy and the U.S.

It is exciting to be the first in the US to bring in 3D Movement software, revolutionary technology that is transforming our treatment and practice. Working smarter and leveraging technologies allows us to design programs with accuracy and precision helping adults and children prevent injury, move in alignment, recover faster, stand taller and breathe easier.
