Kathleen grew up dancing in the Bay Area and graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in dance. She continued dancing professionally with modern companies in Los Angeles, and performed with the L.A. Family Circus on single trapeze and Spanish Web. Kathleen taught ballet, tap, jazz, modern and pole dancing. She also trained teachers to teach pole dancing with the goal of empowering women, and is a practicing, licensed massage therapist for the past decade. While in grad school, she trained in both mat and reformer pilates through Balanced Body. Kathleen graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Physical therapy is the next step in working with movement and bodies. She is excited to be part of the POSTUREWORKS team.
