Dr. Kathleen Kaufmann brings a rich background in movement and rehabilitation to Postureworks. A Bay Area native, she earned her degree in dance from UC Irvine and performed professionally with modern dance companies throughout Los Angeles. Her deep understanding of movement led her to a career in physical therapy, where she combines clinical expertise with a creative, whole-body approach.

Kathleen is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience and is comprehensively trained in both mat and reformer Pilates through Balanced Body. She specializes in neuromuscular re-education, with a strong focus on restoring optimal movement patterns, improving alignment, and reducing pain.

At POSTUREWORKS, Kathleen is passionate about integrating these cutting-edge tools such as Redcord Neurac and Neubie neuromuscular stimulation to deliver highly personalized and effective care. Kathleen earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles and is proud to be part of the POSTUREWORKS team, where she helps clients move and feel their best.
